I created Blushing Coral as a handcrafted fused glass sculpture inspired by the coral gardens along Australia’s coast. My goal was to capture the gentle beauty of the ocean in soft blush tones, layering glass by hand and kiln‑forming it to bring out depth, radiance, and a glow that shifts with the light.
Every curve and contour was shaped with care, so no two sculptures are ever the same. That uniqueness is what I love most about kiln‑formed glass — each piece carries its own personality and story. Blushing Coral feels alive with movement and colour, reflecting the warmth and serenity of coastal living.
When I design pieces like this, I imagine them becoming part of someone’s home or collection. Blushing Coral works beautifully as a centerpiece, a mantel display, or a thoughtful gift for someone who treasures handmade artistry.
